RE: RATES AND/OR FORMS UPDATE - Notice of Removal of Section 1.18 - Volume Pricing

Dear Associates:

The Stewart Title Guaranty Company Schedule of Charges and Forms for Title Insurance in the State of California ("Manual") has been amended and updated and, pending California Department of Insurance approval is anticipated to become effective on August 15, 2017. Of significance is the deletion of Section 1.18 - Volume Pricing.

In the Manual, Definitions; Section 1.18 - Volume Pricing is deleted from the Manual. Please discontinue pricing transactions under this section immediately. Transactions previously priced under Section 1.18 - Volume Pricing may proceed and close with those previously quoted rates.

A bulletin highlighting the remaining changes to the Manual will be provided under separate cover.
