We, the individuals signing below, acknowledge the following:

1. We are parties to the above-referenced escrow concerning the above-referenced property;

2. The documents we are signing to complete the transaction are written in the English language;

3. The Escrow Agent will be explaining the transaction documents to us in the English language;

4. We have been given the opportunity to bring an interpreter with us to interpret the transaction documents but have declined to do so;

5. We will not hold the Escrow Agent responsible for any failure on our part to understand the transaction documents or the Escrow Agent's explanation of the transaction documents.
