The Company insures the owner of the indebtedness secured by the mortgage referred to in paragraph 4 of Schedule A.
(1) That the proposed location of improvements as appear on current site location map prepared by _________________ , and any existing improvements on said land at the date hereof are within the boundary lines of said land;
(2) That the proposed location of improvements as appear on current site location map prepared by _________________ , and any existing improvements do not, as of the date hereof, violate the covenants, conditions or restrictions referred to in Schedule B.
(3) Said proposed location of improvements as appear on current site location map prepared by __________________ , and any existing improvements do not, as of the date hereof, encroach onto any of the easements referred to in Schedule B.
(4) The Company affirmatively insures against loss as a result of any exercise of the right of use or maintenance of the easement referenced in Schedule B over or through the proposed location or improvements as appear on current site location map prepared by __________________ , and any existing improvements.
The Company hereby insures said Insured against loss which said Insured shall sustain in the event that the insurance herein shall prove to be incorrect.
This endorsement is made a part of the policy and is subject to all of the terms and provisions thereof and of any prior endorsements thereto. Except to the extent expressly stated, it neither modifies any of the terms and provisions of the policy and any prior endorsements, nor does it extend the effective date of the policy and any prior endorsements, nor does it increase the face amount thereof.

This endorsement is issued as part of the policy. Except as it expressly states, it does not (i) modify any of the terms and provisions of the policy, (ii) modify any prior endorsements, (iii) extend the Date of Policy or (iv) increase the Amount of Insurance. To the extent a provision of the policy or a previous endorsement is inconsistent with an express provision of this endorsement, this endorsement controls. Otherwise, this endorsement is subject to all of the terms and provisions of the policy and of any prior endorsements.
