We acknowledge that you have disclosed that it has been reported that the Cheyenne-Arapaho Tribes of Oklahoma have filed a petition with the U.S. Department of the Interior claiming 27 million acres of northeastern Colorado. In addition to claims of land, the claim filed apparently includes water rights on the Platte and Arkansas rivers.
You have advised us that any policy to be issued to us on the land will not
