OF POLICY OF TITLE INSURANCE

The Policy is hereby modified as follows:

(A) The following assurance is hereby added to the policy as an additional insuring clause:

(8) Any statutory lien for labor or material which now has gained or hereafter may gain priority over the lien of the insured mortgage, except any such lien arising from an improvement on the land contracted for and commenced subsequent to Date of Policy not financed in whole or in part by the insured mortgage, which at Date of Policy the Insured has advanced or is obligated to advance;

(B) Paragraphs 5 and 6 of the Exclusions from Coverage are hereby deleted;

(C) Sub-paragraph (d) of Paragraph 3 of the Exclusions from Coverage is hereby modified to read as follows:

(d) Attaching or created subsequent to Date of Policy (except to the extent insurance is afforded herein as to any statutory lien for labor or material).

THIS ENDORSEMENT MAY NOT BE ISSUED WITHOUT APPROVAL FROM STEWART TITLE GUARANTY UNDERWRITING PERSONNEL

This endorsement is made a part of the policy and is subject to all of the terms and provisions thereof and of any prior endorsements thereto. Except to the extent expressly stated, it neither modifies any of the terms and provisions of the policy and any prior endorsements, nor does it extend the effective date of the policy and any prior endorsements, nor does it increase the face amount thereof.
