____________,conveyed to the public trustee in said ________________ County, certain real estate in said deed of trust described, in trust to secure to the order of _________ the payment ____________ certain promissory note ___, with interest and all charge thereon, as in said Deed of Trust mentioned; and

has assigned and transferred the said note ___ to ________________________, who is now the owner and holder thereof; and whereas, the real estate hereinafter described has been sold and conveyed to _________________________, who is now the owner thereof); and
