This form should not be used if a comparable ALTA version is available. If a comparable ALTA version is available, the most current version of the ALTA form available in each state should be used, unless approved by a Stewart underwriter.

Continuation of liability to the insured hereunder shall be provided, as of the date of the policy, to the following, without charge:

(a) Successor(s) by change of name;

(b) Successor(s) by dissolution, merger, consolidation or reorganization;

(c) Any corporate grantee of the insured under a deed conveying the land described herein, the stock of which corporate grantee is wholly owned by the insured, or any affiliated company of the insured provided the stock of such affiliated company and the insured are both wholly-owned by a parent corporation;

(d) Any partner or partners in the insured or any entity in which any partner or partners is a partner, participant, joint venturer or stockholder if such transfer is without valuable consideration;

THIS ENDORSEMENT MAY NOT BE ISSUED WITHOUT APPROVAL FROM STEWART TITLE GUARANTY UNDERWRITING PERSONNEL

(e) The stockholders of a corporation which is a partner or partners in the insured, in the event that such corporate partner distributes the land described herein to such stockholders;

(f) The distributees of an estate of an insured;

(g) Members of the immediate family of an insured who are grantees or assignees of a gift of an insured.

This endorsement is made a part of the policy and is subject to all of the terms and provisions thereof and of any prior endorsements thereto. Except to the extent expressly stated, it neither modifies any of the terms and provisions of the policy and any prior endorsements, nor does it extend the effective date of the policy and any prior endorsements, nor does it increase the face amount thereof.
