From and after the date of this endorsement, the "Amount" shown in Schedule A of said Owner Policy shall be:

Nothing herein shall be construed as insuring against defects, liens, encumbrances, adverse claims against the title as insured or other matters (1) created, suffered, assumed or agreed to by the Insured, or (2) known to the Insured as of the date of this endorsement, other than as is provided for in item 2.(d) of the Conditions and Stipulations of said Owner Policy.
Nothing herein contained shall be construed as extending or changing the effective date of the aforesaid policy, unless otherwise expressly stated.
In Witness Whereof, the STEWART TITLE GUARANTY COMPANY has caused this Endorsement to be executed by its President under the seal of the Company, but this Endorsement is to be valid only when it bears an authorized countersignature.
This endorsement is issued as part of the policy. Except as it expressly states, it does not (i) modify any of the terms and provisions of the policy, (ii) modify any prior endorsements, (iii) extend the Date of Policy or (iv) increase the Amount of Insurance. To the extent a provision of the policy or a previous endorsement is inconsistent with an express provision of this endorsement, this endorsement controls. Otherwise, this endorsement is subject to all of the terms and provisions of the policy and of any prior endorsements.
