RE: GENERAL- ALTA Accuracy Standards for ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys [Revised 01-08-16]

Dear Associates:

The American Land Title Association (ALTA) has recently adopted the new Standards listed below. The new Standards become effective on February 23, 2016, and will replace the current version.

Accuracy Standards for ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys. These Accuracy Standards address Relative Positional Accuracies for measurements that control land boundaries on ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys. The Standards are located in the ALTA Forms List on Virtual Underwriter. Click here to view.
